Company Return Policy

All sales are final after purchase, for all returns please refer to the text below.

All In-Store Returns:

High Wire Hydroponics is pleased to offer all customers a replacement on any defective products within 14 days of purchase. Products will be charged to the customer account until we receive approval form our distributors.

We will also accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of purchase with receipt. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

All special order returns will receive store credit only.

No returns will be accepted on special order trays.

Customers with an outstanding store account balance will have the return applied to their account.

No returns on tobacco products.

No returns on soils and nutrients.

Drop Shipping Returns:

All items that are drop shipped must be checked in on arrival confirming all items are in fact with the shipment and free from damage. 

If Items are damaged from shipping they must be reported the day of receiving and must have photographs of all damaged items.
